YOUR EVERYDAY BOWL
Ginger-sesame noodle bowl
Soft noodles, crisp greens and a fragrant ginger broth. A warm, satisfying bowl with just enough room to make it your own.
Cook with the Everyday Pot.
Use the 2L pot. Add the noodles and vegetables gradually, keeping the contents below the marked maximum fill level.
ONE SIMPLE STEP AT A TIME
Let’s make something good.
Start the broth
Add the vegetable broth and ginger to the pot. Heat according to your product instructions until the broth reaches a gentle boil.
Add noodles and mushrooms
Add the noodles and mushrooms. Cook for the time on the noodle package, stirring gently to separate the noodles. Keep the lid off if the broth begins to foam.
Bring in the greens
During the final 2–3 minutes, add the bok choy and tofu. Continue cooking until the vegetables are tender and the tofu is hot throughout. Add a splash of water if the noodles absorb too much broth.
Make it yours
Turn off the heat. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, then taste and adjust. Serve in a bowl with scallion and sesame seeds.
A little swap
Spinach works nicely in place of bok choy; stir it in for the final minute. Prefer more broth? Add a small splash of hot water while staying below the pot’s fill line.
Cooking times are estimates and may vary with your ingredients and heat setting. Follow the instructions supplied with your cookware for operation and maximum fill levels. All recipe quantities are for the serving count shown above.
